From the 1st – 23rd December, served between 12 noon & 3 pm.
Cream of asparagus soup with basil oil & croutons
Duck & Cointreau parfait with oat cakes & plum chutney
Garlic king prawns served with a chilli, coriander, lime & ginger fritta
Camembert baked with garlic & rosemary, bread sticks & leaf dressing
Roast turkey with pigs in blankets, stuffing, cranberry & orange sauce;
Roast topside of beef with Yorkshire pudding;
both served with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables & gravy
Venison fillet with blackberry sauce, dauphinoise potatoes,
seasonal vegetables & gravy
Hake loin with a Thai king prawn broth & lemon pilau rice
Wild mushroom & chestnut tartlet with tarragon cream sauce,
herby parmentier potatoes & green beans
Christmas pudding with brandy sauce
Lemon posset & Viennese biscuit
Chocolate mousse & Amaretti fingers

Bookings being taken now for parties of 8 & over at 12 noon or 1.30 pm.
50% non-refundable deposit payable at the time of booking, payment in full on the day.
Full menu choices are required at least 5 days before lunch.
Cancellations of less than 48 hours are chargeable in full.
For larger parties, evening parties, special & dietary requirements; please just ask!
